Our local custom steel structure teams can build virtually anything you need. We service approx 100 mile radius of Houston. Sorry but we don't have custom builders outside that area at this time.
Below you'll find a gallery of the things we can custom build and install for you. In this division we specialized in heavy-duty galvanized steel structures typically in MONO-SLOPE roof style (not Gabled) as you'll see from our Gallery below. Most feature a nearly flat roof pitch that isn't available in our standard tubular style carports. Tubular carports and awnings are engineered most commonly to a 3/12 roof pitch, meaning the roof slopes 3' in every 12' span. Structural built carports, awnings, patios, etc like we feature here can flatten to 1/12 or even 0.5/12 pitch meaning the roof slopes 1 foot in 12 feet, or even 6" in 12 feet. Many applications particularly with awnings, porches, patios and house-attached parking covers are better suited with low roof pitch and can only be built using this style of framing.
Our custom galvanized steel structures generally start at a mininum of around $3000 and some projects can be well into the tens of thousands for larger commerical projects. We can build most anything needing customized on site fabrication, even welded, or of course the erection of any bolt up structure.

Custom quotes do take some time, particularly with volatile steel markets these days, and our quotes are generally good for only 7 days. Current prices are generally coming in around the $12.50 - $13.00 /square foot range depending on size, height, standard galvalume color or colorized panels, and your location.
