They’re built of heavy-duty structural steel, and they definitely set the standard for ease of construction and flexibility. Available in 6 standard sizes, they can be assembled with bolts and screws, with no welding required.
We do NOT offer installaton and erection services for red-iron frame structures! All customers will receive full building KITS, plans & instructions delivered to your job site ONLY. So it's critically important to decide who and how you'll get your BARN-KIT installed PRIOR to purchase. Installation prices generally range from about $5.00 - $10.00 / square foot in our experience, and lead times are often weeks to months out, unless you DIY. If you intend to outsource installation, please inquire with your local installers about lead times for installation when contemplating your purchase.
From small 24' x 24' barns up to 100' x 100' structures, if you can dream it, our design team with the help of our industry leading design software can probably build it! Let your imagine loose and lets build your dreams! We do NOT offer red-iron frame "barndominium" structures at this time, nor do we offer interior building out of anykind. But if the traditional red-iron frame building KIT is what you seek, we've got you covered!
We not only assist in the design & purchase of the building kit itself, but can assist in an "advisory" capacity with pre-planning of the grounds, concrete services, construction & erection, mechanical issues such plumbing, electric, even water well and septic. Each Standard Series Building Includes:
- Bolt together frame
- Coldform end walls
- 26 gauge Galvalume roof with 20-year limited warranty
- 26 gauge Colored walls with 35/40-year limited warranty (White, Tan, Light Stone, Light Gray)
- Basic trim package
- Anchor Bolts
- Erection drawings for your records
- Framed opening centered in one end wall. (Door not included)
- Big Barn XL has a framed opening centered in both end walls
