60'x100'x15' Commercial Metal Building

This unit is an engineered draft of a unit of a "commercial" 60'x100'x15' building, shown for demonstration purposes.

This commercial / industrial building is fully enclosed in our maximum width of 60', and in a length of 100' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 15' tall to accommodate 14' chain hoist doors (total of four, two either end), but can easily go up to 16' in height. All structures over 13' tall will require a telescopic forklift onsite during construction at your expense, estimated at $2200. We've also added twin 10x10 garage doors on the sides, two walk thru doors opposite corners, and two "office" windows to the front right side. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking. This drawing features the standard roof truss structure for 40 widths and welded double web legs. Can substitute "high clearance" roof trusses and/or double laddered legs in lieu of double web legs. Site specific engineering plans will likely to be required for this size building, and those normally run anywhere from $2000-$4000 additional and take a couple extra weeks to procure.

Add a full 5" concrete slab (with 18" on center #3 rebar) underneath:

60' x 100' x 5" (6000') = $49,500.00, sold separately. (6" thickness will obviously be more.)
