This commercial / industrial building is fully enclosed in width of 50', and in a length of 80' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 12' tall to accommodate 12' roll up doors (total of two, one either end), but can easily go up to 20' in height. All structures over 13' tall will require a telescopic forklift onsite during construction at your expense. We've also added a walk thru door and an "office" window to the right side, as well as a walk thru door on the rear. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking. This drawing features the standard roof truss structure for 32' widths and double welded legs. Can substitute "high clearance" roof trusses and/or laddered legs in lieu of double welded legs.
