50'x196'x15' Fifteen Unit R.V. Open Storage Metal Building

American Steel Structures 3-Side Enclosed, open front, RV/Boat 15-unit
storage facility building. 15x partially enclosed stalls each 50' deep x 12' wide & 14' Tall.
Building is 195' long on the ground, with 15' leg height to accommodate 12' x
14' frame outs with no interior walls. Entire exterior upgraded to 26-gauge heavy
metal, included in this price.

This unit features Vertical metal orientation roof &
sides/ends. Features "laddered" (or "doubled leg" option) 14-gauge standard
2 1/2" galvanized tube laddered framing, which can also upgrade to doubled (or
laddered) 12-gauge, 2 1/4" galvanized tube framing. We can customize these buildings to your size requirements. We do however recommend no more than 10-15 units total per building for "fire-break" purposes.

Concrete services available upon request within 75 miles of
Houston. Add building only interior slab at 50'x195' recommended at 5"
thick (24" on center #3 rebar) for $63,375.00 additional, sold separately.
Add optional 1'x1' reinforcement beam under the entry side (195') for $3,412.50 additional. Additional exterior concrete pads and/or parking at 4" or
5" upon request.
