44' x 25' x 11'/8' Seneca Straight-Line Triple Wide Barn

Here's our design of a popular "Seneca Barn" or "Carolina Barn" in 44' x 25' x 11'/8' with all vertical roof style, including the horizontal hat-channel purlin grid underneath to support it. This building is three sections across, a MAIN, with left lean-to and right lean-to. The main is 20' x 25' x 11' with each lean being 12' x 25' x 8'. The 3/12 roof pitch on the lean-tos here provide for a "straight line" roof without any step-down as seen in other barns. Here we first feature the building with the two outer lean walls enclosed, and the back fully open priced at $8,538.00. Secondly, we've added a full back enclosure all the way across creating a three-sides enclosed structure, which prices out at $11,112.00.

These sizes are adjustable in width in 2' increments, length in 5' increments and height in 1' increments. Also your choice of 16 colors for roof & trim. Upgrade options are the end gable enclosures as shown here, side panels of 1.5', 3' (as shown here), 6' or fully enclosed sides. Standard installations as priced here are 140 mph wind load and 35 psf snow load, although upgrades are available for those in coastal areas or high snow areas, just ask one of our professional design and sales consultants about those options. Lead times for installation are running generally 3-4 weeks or less in most areas. This is our INSTALLED price, installed on your level land, gravel, asphalt or concrete pad (not included).
