40'x140'x13' Ten Unit Boat / RV Self Storage Metal Building

American Steel Buildings Fully Enclosed RV/Boat 10-unit storage facility building. 10x enclosed stalls each 40' deep x 14' wide x 13' tall. Building is 140' long on the ground, with 13' leg height to accommodate 12' x 12' roll up doors on each stall. Entire exterior upgraded to 26-gauge heavy metal, with 9 interior walls of standard 29-gauge metal included in this price. We've added 1/4" Double Bubble Radiant Barrier to the roof on this particular example and is factory install, included in the price.

This unit features horizontal metal orientation for sides/ends with vertical orientation on the roof only. Features "doubled" (or laddered option) 14-gauge standard 2 1/2" galvanized tube framing, which can also upgrade to doubled (or laddered) 12-gauge, 2 1/4" galvanized tube framing. This unit prices at $157,806.00 + tax as configured.

We can customize these buildings to your size requirements. We do however recommend no more than 10-15 units total per building for "fire-break" purposes.

Concrete services available upon request within 75 miles of Houston. Add building only interior slab at 40'x140' recommended at 5" thick (24" on center #3 rebar) for $36,400.00 additional, sold separately. Add optional 1'x1' reinforcement beam under the entry side (140') for $2,450.00 additional. Additional exterior concrete pads and/or parking at 4" or 5" upon request.
