This unit features Vertical metal orientation roof & sides/ends.
Features "doubled" (or laddered option) 14-gauge standard 2 1/2"
galvanized tube framing, which can also upgrade to doubled (or laddered) 12-gauge,
2 1/4" galvanized tube framing.

We can customize these buildings to your size requirements.
We do however recommend no more than 10-15 units total per building for
"fire-break" purposes.

Concrete services available upon request within 75 miles of
Houston. Add building only interior slab at 40'x160' recommended at 5"
thick (24" on center #3 rebar) for $41,600.00 additional, sold separately.
Add optional 1'x1' reinforcement beam under the entry side (160') for $2,800.00
additional. Additional exterior concrete pads and/or parking at 4" or
5" upon request.
