Bedrock Structures structural steel-framed barn, utilizing 4" x 4" galvanized steel posts cemented in the ground, with 4" galvanized wall girts, 10" galvanized c-purlin truss and framing, with all vertical orientation sheet metal. This price includes gutters and down spouts (not shown). Sheet metal can be upgraded from 29g ag panel to 26g PBR panel. This entire structure can also be upgraded to 160 mph wind load certification for 15% premium which in this case is $27,198.OO tax, for that coastal wind load engineered certification! This engineered certification upgrade includes things like extra thickness and depth of concrete on the posts, posts being placed every 10' on center rather than 20', wall girts being 6" at 24" on center, rather than 4" at 40" on center. Also upgrading to thicker and closer spaced c-purlin framing. All Bedrock structures come standard with all-vertical metal orientation on roof, sides and ends, and color-matched screws!
