This garage building is fully enclosed in width of 24' (can go wider in 2' increments), and in a length of 40' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 9'' tall to accommodate the three 8'x8' roll up doors. We've also added a walk thru door into a 10' open shop area. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.

Add a full 4" concrete slab (with 24" on center rebar) underneath: 24' x 40' (960') = $5,280.00, sold separately (within 75 miles of Beasley).

Newly built prices might be different and depend largely on customized features for each customer.
