24' x 50' x 10' Two Car Combo Workshop Garage Carport

This combo unit was recently installed in Damon Tx not far from our home office. It is 24' wide, by 50' long and 10' tall at the leg. It features 30' of enclosed garage / workshop space, and 20' (x 24') of open pavilion carport space which in some cases can be used as an outdoor family living space! This COMBO style unit is one of our most popular and can be built in many sizes from 12' wide to 40' wide, from 20' long to over 100' long if needed. Heights are generally from 8' up to 14' at the leg. Choice of 15 colors too! Many door and window options to choose from. Price may vary based on location and any special wind or snow load requirements for your area. This unit is 140 mph wind load certified and 35 psf snow load.
