24' x 35' x 9' All Vertical 2 Car Garage Carport Combo

Here's a design we just sold for a customer in Pearland Texas. This unit is 24' wide by 35' in total length, by 9' tall at the leg. It is 25' enclosed with 2x 10'x8' Roll up doors on the left, a 6'x7' roll up on the right, a walk in door and two windows in the inner wall, with 24' x 20' open pavilion / covered parking area. In this case, the open end is going up to the pool and will be used for outdoor family living space! We've added a couple upgrades here including ALL vertical metal orientation which structurally adds hat channel pulins to the roof, and galvanized frame tubing wall girts through the middle and at the top. We've also upgraded to all color-matched screws to match the black roof & trim, as well as the pewter gray sides and ends. The dimensions, colors and options can all be modified to your liking. If you can dream it, we can probably built it. This is our Texas and many other "southern states" price, but prices may vary based on your location, the size and features you choose, and any special engineering requirements your area may require regarding higher wind or snow loads. This building is certified at 140 mph wind load and 35 psf snow load. Yes, this is the INSTALLED price, on your level land, gravel or asphalt pad, or concrete pad.
