NOTE: The building pictured as a Custom installed OVERHEAD door rather than a factory installed roll-up door as priced here. In order to do an overhead door as shown, we just "FRAME OUT" for the door, and you have your outside door company install into the frame out after-the-fact. We can do all kinds of custom frames for custom doors and window. For illustration purposes here, we've just priced it with a standard certified roll up door, as seen in pic 2.
