This unit is a customer unit already sold, along with an engineered draft of the unit, shown here for demonstration purposes. Each building we sell is fully customizable and built on YOUR land, nearly anywhere in Texas or Western Louisiana. This unit is listed here to give you some ideas and examples of what we can design just for you.



This garage building is fully enclosed in width of 16' (can go wider in 2' increments), and in a length of 30' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 9'' tall to accommodate the three 8'x8' roll up doors. We've also added a walk thru door and a window to the right side. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.

Add a full 4" concrete slab (with 24" on center rebar) underneath:

16' x 30' (480') = $2,640.00, sold separately (within 75 miles of Beasley).

Newly built prices might be different and depend largely on customized features for each customer.
