12' x 25' x 8'/6' Dog Kennel w/ Whelp Pen and 12' Lean Animal Shelter

American Steel Structures custom Dog Kennel Building. This building is 12' wide, 25' long & 8' tall with an added 12' lean too "covered run" area ending at 6' leg height. It's framed in the middle of each 5' section with a doggie door leaving 3 kennel areas at 5' wide each, and one behind a center wall at 10' from the back for an oversized whelping pen Mom and pups. This configuration with end entry walk in door, would allow a 3' hallway across the back and 5'x9' inside pens, and connected 5'x12' covered outside pens. The whelping pen would be 10'x9', which has its own solid inner wall with walk thru man door. Outer runs could of course go longer un-covered. Entire roof inside could be covered in double bubble radiant barrier or 2" fiberglass insulation to reduce summer heat transfer at additional charges.

This configuration prices at $8210.00 built on your LEVEL land (dirt, gravel, asphalt or concrete) (foundation NOT included) but can be customized to your needs: wider, longer, taller, 10' doggie door spacing rather than 5', etc. More or less windows or even a 6x6 roll up door included. If you can dream it we can probably design and build it! We can drop the covered lean to, or widen the building, add a lean to on the other side and result in pens on both sides with an inside internal isle down the middle! Many possibilities.

We can add a 4" concrete slab under the building itself (12'x25') for an additional $2,250.00 within 50 miles of our store location (Beasley, TX) (and some other Texas, OK & MO locations too). Apologies but we have only have a few concrete teams outside our local area, but can build on your existing slab no problem, OR ground anchor without concrete!
