10'x10'x6' Well/Pump House Steel Frame Shed

Interesting situation. Our pre-engineered, galvanized tubular steel structures generally start at a minimum size of 12' (width) x 21' (roof length, 20' ground) x 6' (height). We have SO many requests for a well house or pump house as some call them. So here we drafted a "custom" size in only 10' wide, by 10' long on the ground (11' roof with eve overhangs) by 6' tall with a basic walk-in door on the end.



It prices out at a reasonable $3,872.00 tax. But here's where it gets interesting. You can extend this to 15' (ground) or 20' (ground) for the same price. You can even extend the width to the standard 12' without changing the price. Then you can also extend THAT length to 15' or 20' and still we stand at $3,890.00 on the price. So, we decided to offer all of those sizes in this listing, and YOU pick! What size works best for you??



We can custom this for you too with many different colors, different roof styles (this is "regular", but we can do A-frame Horizontal or Vertical roof as well). We can add double bubble radiant barrier insulation throughout the building. Insulation added to these will add between $500-$900 depending on which size you select. We can make it taller, wider, longer, add windows, or even a 6x6 (or bigger) roll up door. These WILL of course change the price.
